Wool shirt attributed to Charles Lindstrom, 9th infantry regiment as part of the 2nd infantry division, Korea.
Based on the 68 era subdued twill ranks would put this shirt in use late 60s timeframe during the DMZ conflict.

The Korean DMZ Conflict also referred to as the Second Korean War by some, was a series of low-level armed clashes between North Korean forces and the forces of South Korea and the United States, largely occurring between 1966 and 1969 at the Korean DMZ.

IMJIN Scouts badge
IMJIN Scouts is a 2nd Division Scout/Recon Course and was awarded from 1965-1990. Badge itself is worn on the right pocket of the uniform.
- From 1965 to 1967 it was awarded only to Advanced Combat Training Academy graduates (ACTA). ACTA was a 262-hour course that prepared soldiers to conduct day reconnaissance and night ambush patrols within the South Korean DMZ.
- Sometime in 1967, the award criteria were expanded. Second Infantry Division Regulation 672-3 authorized the award of the Imjin Scout badge for the completion of 20 operational missions within the DMZ.

Shirt
This 1st pattern early 50s wool shirt was heavily modified because Mr. Lindstrom himself didn’t get a fresh uniform supply. So this was previously used by other personnel and then tailored to smaller sizes w/ modified chest pockets.
