Here is an index of the jungle jackets I’ve collected over the years, excluding the pieces that I would like to describe individually.

#1 First Pattern Jungle Jacket, worn by MP personnel. This specific shirt code has been used by Buzz Rickson to create a reproduction.

#2 Experimental jungle jacket in 50/50 Rayon-blend. Non-ripstop cloth.

#3 Sandwiched 101st airborne attributed to Mechler. Nice theater-made pocket patch.

#4 Jungle jacket attributed to Navy personnel, attributed to Calcaterra. It’s rare to find a US navy patched especially wartime-period. All theater-made.

#5 Second pattern jungle jacket attributed to Hunt, 1st Infantry Division. This jacket used in early wartime. Hand-sewn ranks and US Army tape, nice theater embroidered name tape.

#6 Classic USAF patched jungle jacket, all Thailand-made tape, notice the bilingual name tape.

#7 Another USAF patched shirt, but this one i’m sure its Vietnamese-made tapes. Hand-sewn USAF tape, velvet ranks, and machine-embroidered name tape.

#8 All-poplin transition piece with nice theater made 11th ARC patch and CIB. No sign of name tape ever sewn.

#9 An early DPSC contract jacket attributed to Wilson, size is X-Small-Regular, with theater-made tapes. Notice the top pocket is bigger than usual.

#10 DPSC contract Jungle Jacket attributed to SF personnel, all-poplin cloth.

#11 All-poplin jungle jacket attributed to Eichhorn, 1st Aviation Brigade. Added sleeve pockets.

#12 Another 1st Aviation Brigade jungle jacket, attributed to Dease. Very nice theater made, hand-sewn SSI. Ranks is from velvet cloth.

#13 Dead Stock green-dom ERDL jungle jacket.

#14 Jungle jacket attributed to Tice, USAF Security Police. Nice theater made tapes. Patched ERDL it’s hard to find.

#15 Brown-dom jungle jacket with Okinawa machine-embroidered USMC EGA.
