This Wine-Leaf camouflage used by the Airborne elements of the Army’s KOSTRAD (Komando Cadangan Strategis Angkatan Darat) starting from Mid-1975.

But this M65 field jacket cut is private purchased commercial item (Update 11 March 2025: not private purchased, in the ’82s they were issued this exact M65 cut jacket [and in many camouflage for example Kopassandha, Brimob, Marinir, etc,]).

The jump wings (with star) is originally sewn, best guess is from the veteran daily use and some of them saw used in Timor Timur operations.
