This is a oddball camouflage, often forgotten. Called Loreng Pasukan Huru Hara or Riot Police camouflage.

It was issued approximately between 1998 and 1999 during Ambon and Jakarta Riot. The cut of this camouflage resembles a smock and is intended to be worn as an outer layer.
